All small items ship for free!

Shipping for Large Items and Furniture

Large items ship via White Glove delivery with reputable delivery companies.  Please allow from two to six weeks to reach your home. Expedited shipping can be arranged but will require an additional fee.  Should you choose to use your own delivery service we are happy to facilitate.

Condition of Items

Buying antique, vintage and second hand items often mean they are not in perfect condition as if you were buying new.   Here is our level of standards and we try very much to accurately post to them.  If you are unsure about an item please contact us and we are happy to talk it through and send more pictures before you decide.

Mint condition – As if you were buying new.  It would be rare for us to post something in Mint condition.

Excellent condition – Close to new, good bones, very sturdy, minor scratches, no chips.

Good condition – Good bones, sturdy, surface scratches, a chip or two.

Fair condition – Slightly wobbly, deeper scratches, signs of use, chips, dents, nicks.

Poor condition – Very much used but despite its condition still has some years left.  May require repairs.  Could be a novelty item someone would still want.

No Return Policy

We hope you understand due to the nature of Antique and Vintage items we do not offer returns.  This is why we really hope you check over the items condition and decide if you are comfortable with your purchase.  We are always here to answer any questions prior to purchase!  Email [email protected] with any questions.

Local Pickup

Live in Chicago?  You can pick up your item!  Just contact us to set up a time to do so.

Damage During Shipping

We insure all items that we ship.  Please let us know within two (2) days of receiving your package if your item has been damaged during shipping.
